Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to an accessible website.
Our commitment
Brodsky Law wants everyone to be able to read and use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or other assistive technology. We work to make the site accessible to people with disabilities.
Our target standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we have done
- A skip link at the top of each page takes keyboard and screen reader users straight to the main content.
- The main navigation menu can be operated with a keyboard.
- Images that convey information have text alternatives (alt text).
- Text and background colors are chosen for sufficient contrast.
- Pages use semantic headings and landmark regions so screen reader users can move around each page.
Known limitations
Some parts of the site are outside our direct control or are not yet fully accessible:
- Pages on other websites that we link to. Those sites set their own accessibility standards.
- Some PDF documents on other websites that we link to may not be fully accessible.
If you run into one of these, let us know and we will do what we can to help.

How we respond
We take accessibility requests seriously and will try to respond within a reasonable time. If we need more information, or a fix will take longer than expected, we will tell you.
